Ulog - A Night of Music and Talent: The Wishful 5 Concert

Finally!
First of all, I wanted to congratulate the Wishful 5 for their very successful concert and for reaching their dreams, inspiring so many others not to give up and to continue with their own journeys. Second, thank you Wish 107.5 for fulfilling the desires of their hearts with God's help. Third, thank you to all the Wishers and fandoms for their unwavering love and support to everyone.
In front of the Araneta Coliseum sat a Mini Wish Bus where people could actually sing inside (just like the real one!). A karaoke system was installed so people could choose the song they want, and I think one could choose whether to let the audio be heard outside the mini bus or not. Apparently, most of those who sang had good voices and shared their ultimate experiences with us.
My friends and I got rare tickets - SVIP! I felt giddy upon entering the premises knowing I would sit close to the stage where I could get a glimpse of the performers. Everything felt so surreal.
The Wishful 5 (Princess Sevillana, Kimberly Baluzo, Louie Ann Culala, Carmela Ariola, & Ace Bartolome) gave all they got throughout the concert. Big artists such as Morissette Amon and Yeng Constantino who both shared the stage alongside the Wishful 5 graced the night as well. Prince of RnB Kris Lawrence hosted the special event.
I just wanted to say that I really, really enjoyed Yeng's performance of "Ako Muna", one of the singles in her new album Synesthesia. She gave a mellow and lonely yet strong message of building one's self first before submitting yourself to someone else. Kudos!
My heart melted when only our lightsticks illuminate the big dome. It was as if we created a world of stars on our own, chained with melody and lyrics.
The most awaited part of the night was when each member of the Wishful 5 would be able to present their own songs. Songs which they could call as their first single. Songs that would be the start of so many other hit singles. Tears of joy could hardly be sent for safekeeping because they could not contain their happiness and surprise.
I hope they inspired a lot of us to continue striving and believing, all with God's help. Once again, congratulations!
