Hi steemit ..Today i cook sampalot o ginataan for meryenda/snack .sampilot is a traditional filipino kakanin. It is a creamy and sweet taste. Sampilot was composed of cassava, sweet potato, gabi, saging saba, sago, use, langka, and glutinous rice and coconut milk for the soup of this food it is add sugar tomake it sweet taste and vanilla extract for the flavor and aroma.

Sampilot is best for early breakfast or in snack. Sampilot is also good chill in fridge before you eat.

Gabi...
Gabi or colocasia esculinta is a tropical plant grown primarily on its corms. It is also known as a vegetable roots. It is also a health benefits to help our body strong and healthy.

Cassava...
Cassava is also rich in protein, fiber, carbohydrates, gluten and etc.. Cassava also have many use. They use for making flour, making oil, and also for making food of the poultry supply...

Cucunut...
Cucunut was many use they use for cooking. Which means in cooking we use cooking oil and cucunut milk witch means it's come from cucunut. Whin it go juice it's a buko juice and buko shake, and also buko salad.cucunut also use for making liquors.For example the local drink of Filipino's called "Tuba" or" lambanog " some beer also was came from cucunut. It is also use for making vinegar. Cucunut was many use in the food industry .....
