Esta es la historia -no tan triste- de un antojo que teníamos hace mucho tiempo y que de hecho era difícil de satisfacer.
Durante mucho tiempo habíamos querido comer una hamburguesa con una puntuación de 9 o más (en una escala del 1 al 10). Estamos buscando nuestra hamburguesa de 9 puntos durante días, incluso semanas. Eso es porque aquí ya no se centran mucho en la calidad del producto, sino sólo en la venta y la venta. Probamos varias hamburguesas, varios establecimientos, varias ciudades...
This is the - not so sad - story of a craving that we had long ago and that in fact was difficult to satisfy.
We had long wanted to eat a hamburger with a score of 9 or higher (on a scale of 1 to 10). We're really looking for our 9-point burger for days, even weeks. That's because here they don't focus much on the quality of the product anymore, but only on selling and selling. We tried several hamburgers, several establishments, several cities...

Prefieren ofrecer salsas con sabores en lugar de queso real, carnes o mezclas de carne que no son de alta calidad y no están bien cocidas, cualquier tipo de pan que sea barato para ellos, pero si siguen vendiendo no mejorarán, sólo porque siguen vendiendo pero al final es un producto regular o de baja calidad.
Le damos 9 de 10 puntos por el simple hecho de que sólo daríamos 10 puntos a una hamburguesa completamente casera porque no importa la buena calidad del producto que compre, al final sólo haciéndolo usted mismo en casa sabrá exactamente lo que está comiendo.
They prefer to offer flavored sauces rather than real cheese, meats or meat mixes that are not top quality and not properly baked, any kind of bread that is cheap for them, but if they still sell they will not get better, just because they keep selling but in the end it is a regular or low quality product.
We give it 9 out of 10 points for the simple fact that we would only give 10 points to a completely homemade hamburger because no matter how good quality the product you buy is, in the end only by making it yourself at home will you know exactly what you are eating.

Y no es que sea el santo grial de las hamburguesas, de hecho hay muchas que nos encantan y que tienen un espacio bien establecido en nuestros corazones - y estómagos- pero queríamos probar en un nuevo lugar, al menos para nosotros. Así que finalmente lo encontramos, una hamburguesa que cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

And it's not like it's the holy grail of hamburgers, in fact there are many that we love and that have well established space in our hearts -and stomachs- but we wanted to try in a new place, at least for us. So we finally found it, a hamburger that met our expectations.

So much cheese, but then who doesn't like loads of cheese - especially when it melting out of Burger volcano style! It makes me wonder how they do that - the burger patty itself can't be hot enough to melt the cheese out unless it's some special low temperature melting cheese.
It's early in the morning for me, but I'm going to make cheese on toast now - not quite the same but it will have to do!
