Our Family Shared Grilled Fish and Chorizo! Itadakimasu~ <3 (ULOG Day 144)

Good day beautiful people!
How's it going? ^^


Today, I and my family decided to have some grilled food. We prepared some fish and chorizo. I actually wanted to eat the fish as well, but to be honest I couldn't eat most kinds of fish anymore. In the past, I enjoy eating fish especially milkfish which is my favorite, but now, my gut won't take it. I wonder if it's a reaction after the surgery or my medications during that time. It's just so sad. Well, I can still eat tuna and yellow fin, so I'm still glad. :)

And because I couldn't eat fish, mama and papa also prepared chorizo. Well, I tried eating the fish we prepared today, but I felt nauseated, so I didn't continue. T_T


Let me show you the stuff we prepared. <3





This is Indian mackerel. I used to eat this as well. Just why, gut? WHY? T_T





And this one is chorizo, a type of pork sausage the casing of which is from pig intestines. It's really delicious. <3 Now, let me show you some pictures of when they were grilled.

















As for the finished product, I couldn't take pictures of the fish... sorry. It was cooked last and we had to give some of them to some people, so I forgot to take pictures of them... but I did take a picture of the chorizo.





We had them for lunch and we still had some leftovers for dinner. It's nice to have grilled food from time to time. It's more fun when many people share it together.

I hope to have barbecue party with some of my close friends and family. <3
