Who didn't loved to eat? I loved it and nobody knows it! ha ha ha. Today I said to myself that I need to control to eat rice. Yes, I loved unli rice but it is not good to a lady like me who soon to expired but still young at heart. Need to take good care of my health and my heart so that I can live long until I achieve my goal.

Binahog is one of Rizalinian's favorite at Tanay Rizal. A bowl of a scoop of rice and mix dish. This time I cooked pork nilaga for lunch, and this is one of my favorite dish especially the soup and vagetables. This is one of the best you can order at some restaurant at Tanay Rizal, it is cheaper than the regular price of rice and dish.

Nilagang Baboy(boiled pork), is one of the well known recipe in the country. You can make boiled pork or beef, added with cabbage, stringbeans, pechay, sayote, potato, sweet potato, banana like saba and many more. It depends on you what you want to mix. Easy to prepared and cooked. I love cooking and like what I've said at my other post I always at the kitchen all day long. AT THE KITCHEN ALL DAY LONG ULOG #9

Now I have boiled pork but it is not enough for my kids, so I better to add some more dish for them For me, one bowl of binahog is okay. But a little pinch at the fried milkfish is okay, besides It is good for the energy.

I live near to Laguna lake and lots of fishpond cage nearby. Neighbor delivered me today 2 kilos of Milkfish, for 100 pesos per kilo, so as a wise mother I need to think what is the best for my pocket, need to save a little and thingking what the best I can do for making the fish getting last.

DAING NA BANGUS

Daing na bangus is a fried milkfish dish wherein the fish is I marinated to vinegar, pepper, salt, and onion. This is the best to do how to preserve the food and it take long last even without at the fridge. It is easy to cooked just fried at a large amount of oil until it becomes golden brown, and when I serve it at the table, I'll put some art so that my kids get appetites for the food that I served. Gnawing them is one of my tactics to boost their appetites.
