Life is like a food processor sometimes. You need to be crushed, tossed, and blended in order to become something beautiful and tasty. The process may be painful but the end result is worth it.
That's a good way of putting it. Any process can be painful, especially in life. It is always full of struggles and hardship, but along the way, you get tougher, braver and more resilient, until you realise that nothing or no one can ever crush or break your spirit unless you allow it to happen.
