Each day you wake up and decide how your day is going to be. You decide how you are going to tackle the problems that spring up in your life. A life that is yours and yours alone.
No one can know exactly how you feel. No one can know exactly all you have all been through, even if you have heard stories of their good and bad times.
One of the hardest things for people to realize is many of us make it through life, each day, by surrounding ourselves with positive people. People who share their laughter and joking with you for nothing in return but your smile
Negative breeds more negative thoughts. This is a proven fact. We as humans are drawn to negative feelings because it's easy to think you are not good enough. It's easy to justify negative feeling by blaming it on others. It has become normal to think someone else has it easier in life than you when you see them laughing.
What is hard is knowing you are a good person, doing the best you can, being given the situation that is your life. The people that can live through Hell and back, deal with the darkness that comes from those times with positiveness are the ones that will survive and be stronger in the end.
The biggest mistake a person can make is assuming someone that likes to laugh and tell jokes is not hurting in some form or another. Most times the person that is making you laugh is spreading joy to others as a way of coping with what life has thrown at them.
Never Assume.
Be kind. Treat others as you want to be treated. Make someone smile today. Let go of as much negativity as you can. It does you way more harm than good. Start small with a smile to a person on the street. End your day heading in a better direction then you woke up in.

Wow, there is so much wisdom here. I don't even know where to begin. This is exactly how I would have written this. Though, I tend to blame myself for my negative feelings. Which leads to more negative feelings toward myself. Either way, it's a vicious cycle.
And, yes, always treat others how you would want to be treated.
I do this too.........I'm trying to be more aware through of when it starts and get it before it get's too deep. hugs
