ULOG # 8: Does Money Change People?
Now he has a lot of money, he doesn't have time for us. He even does not respect senior any more. We were his close friends when he had a bad time. He started avoiding us now.
You might hear something like that. Probably you will be shocked to observe that how people's attitude and behavior change after being rich. He does not care whether his behavior hurts others or not.
Let's see another thing. You have a lot of money or assets. You will see many so called well wishers around you. They are with you only because you are wealthy. You will see that as soon as you lose your money or assets somehow, they will disappear in the blink of an eye.
So do you think money changes people, their behaviour and attitude?
Well, I don't think so. Money will give you exposure. If you are good, money will expose that and vice versa.
Money can come and go. It does not change your personality and attitude. When you choose your friends, choose them wisely. Love them who they are as a person. Your friends influence you in different ways. It is said that you are the average of five friends you're hanging out.
The thing is money does not change you, it will explore you who you are as a person.

Connecting with People Matters
You say that money 'does not change your personality and attitude' but I think they are changing our behavior.
Frankly speaking, I see dramatic change in people's behavior when you have money and when you face financial crisis.
