I feel that THE plot has an essential role to play in any movie. If I had to choose one film which can demonstrate my point of view, I would opt for Una Noche.
The narrative is based on the principle of cause and effect. If a plot was incohesive the viewers would not able to understand the sequence of events. A film crew'S fantastic performance would not be able to compensate for A bad plot.
The film begins in Cuba, where the viewers get introduced to THE local people’s standpoint. While the affluent holiday-makers regard the island as the ultimate paradise, the Cuban people have to face the quotidian existence of struggle. The survival instinct overrules any moral issue.
The protagonist is Raul who is falsely accused of attacking someone. It is THIS conflict which prompts the following events: He SEES NO option, but to flee FURTHERMORE. HIS best friend Elio and his sister join IN. Miami is more than 90 miles from their home AND one night they embark on theirperilous journey OVER the tempestuous Ocean. The three daredevils set off on a raft like the sufferers used to do in the past. Elio CONSTRUCTED THE raft from tires. The whole Ocean voyage is fraught with danger in the open shark-infested water. The main character is undergoing An enormous amount of strain, which enables him to develop further.
The entire film exudes the soul of Cuba AND SO The movie makes it possible for the viewers to see the world from a different perspective. Not only does this movie display the sheer desperation of immigrant people, but also we can feel their calamitous TRIP, as we would IF WE WERE IN in their shoes. The director made this film in the ardent hope that the most vociferous(大声疾呼的) opponents of migration can feel sympathy for these deprived people.
In summary, I am absolutely convinced that the plot is the core of every cinematic production. Despite the actors' effort, a mediocre narrative puts many movie fans off. If the plot was incoherent, the viewer would lose interest in watching the film.
