#ulog 022: EXERCISE - END OF MY ULOG

I was able to show to you guys the exercises that I did in my past ulog. Today, I will continue my ulog about my daily exercise. This exercise is called Glute Raise. It is similar to squats, so it's also a great exercise to those people of can't do squat because of back, hip, or knee pain. I like this exercise because it's very easy to follow. I did this exercise for about 45 minutes with 8 sets.

This Leg Raise exercise is very helpful to strengthened your legs but my legs her aren't straight hehe. After 30 minutes of doing it, the next day, my muscles aching because it is really effective to me. After doing it multiple times, my legs are quite straight now and I can say that it can also help to strech your legs.

This time I used a exercise tool called Flex Shaper. In this tool, you can do a lot of exercises. One of the example is just like the one that I did. Hold the Flex Shaper in the inner grips upwards and then squeeze your elbows together and hold it for about 5 seconds, it will target your shoulders and biceps. I want to have a firm biceps so I did this exercise.

This is the end of my ulog. I'm not that expert in terms of fitness but I hope you've learned something to me hehe. The purpose of my ulog is to share and promote to you that we should have a healthy lifestyle. Have a healthy body and live a healthy life!
