That night

Today I watched a wonderful video from a sweet Steemit friend via Wechat. It is about "rewriting our programme".

What a coincidence , I am very interested in such kind of topic since recently I notice a Facebook friend keeps on promoting his "autohypnosis class" online.

And I love these words about "reprogramming" so much.

If you want to be free, you have to be you. Reprogram yourself with what you most secretly love.

It's time for us to wake up and clear our own programs, and do not perpetuate the programming onto our children. Once you change the programming, you change the life instantly.

And that was when you feel deeply in love with somebody, because everything you wanted is now right in front of your face!

And when you stop thinking and you become what is called "mindful", then you are in absolutely control!
And I say, look, your life could suck everyday until you met this person and then heaven!
And what was the difference?
You stopped thinking and started being present!
And so it becomes important if you want to transform, then you say present and you repeat what you like and repetition is what will programm your subconscious.

At the same time, I sent a beautiful poem written by the same female poet Lin Huiyin to my Steemit friend. I wish her Canadian lover can also read it, knowing she really loves him so much. Because I understand that kind of international love -- across country, race, etc very well. Oh, how she loves and worships him, as deeply and strongly as I love and worship my late American husband who satisfied all my crazy dream, even beyond my craziest dream.
