Ulog #5. Excellent company and beautiful day.

Hello to all my steemians! Here sharing my ulog #5 the truth is that my day started quite moved, since early hours I was as a collaborator in a sports activity called by the community council of my sector. Very little I am involved in this type of activities but the truth is that I was excited and accepted, the children made me laugh a lot and they also taught me a lot, it was so much fun that I ended up playing with them.

As I had said before I am in an exercise routine but today is my day of rest, everything fell like a glove. Because the application I use for my daily routine gave me a very good advice, and that is that on rest days it does not mean that I will not do any physical activity, on the contrary I have to walk a while or swim, and today children encouraged me to do what. In addition, doing sports on a regular basis improves our mood and has a positive influence on our quality of life.

I met good athletes from my state, great people, the activity ended with a very nice sharing. I returned home at noon and while it rested it occurred to me to invite my mother and my grandmother for a walk as a detail of mothers 'day for them, since on the mothers' day we could not share how we wanted because of occupations , both accepted my invitation and we went to Caripe, a town located in the Monagas State of Venezuela. Since we were two hours away from the place we decided to go.

Caripe has a pleasant atmosphere, we enjoy every moment, and the beauty of nature. The first thing we did was eat, since we arrived very hungry, we enjoyed a delicious grill.

Already with our stomach full and with the recovered energies, we moved to the (CAVE OF THE GUACHARO) A well known and visited place in the Monagas State.

We arrived at the place and there were many people, we had to wait a little bit for our turn to enter the cave and meet her. Finally we entered, a lot of darkness, mud, rats, a lot of cold and guacharos flying through the cave making noise. In addition rocks with very curious and interesting ways of seeing, in front of the group of people were the guides informing us all along the route and of course guiding us.

It was a super good experience, the caves maybe at first it is a little scary but when you are inside it is something else, it causes you to continue and continue to know everything that is inside, I must tell you that to enter it is necessary and compulsory to wear boots.

I had an excellent day with my mother and my grandmother, they enjoyed it a lot. At the end of the afternoon we took the bus back to our town, happy to have shared.
