Maybe Cheese and may be not
Regular followers know that I boringly make pasta for supper every Monday and that it is generally meat free. Some will remember my friend who was forced give up dairy and who started making "fake cheese". Well, I still had some fake Feta which went on last night's salad. The carnivorous Husband, much to his own surprise, declared it "More than OK". The mushroom pasta with egg, yogurt and real cheese wasn't so vegan-friendly, but my bowl of bean chilli - at my desk - was.
