ULOG: Anxious Day
Waking up with anxiety for a week is horrible. Too much stress can create anxious moments and days. One way of dealing with stressful moments is keeping busy and walking. I like exercising when I am most stressful.
I ran out the door and did not get a chance to have lunch so I was getting weak and losing my balance, I am hypoglycemic so waiting too long is not advisable. So ran to where it was closest and with good air conditioning it was a very hot day. However, not much was attracting my appetite, but a delicious chai latte did and delicious it was. It was nice and foamy just like I like it. It hit the spot; it went well with today’s local newspaper.
Feeling better even for a few moments was great, needed the fresh air and change of pace.

Hi family, note that the whole ecosystem for the Teardrops SMT will be built around "certified uloggers".
