Merkley, Sanders, and Welch were the non-Republican no votes.

Almost half the Republican caucus voted for it. Remarkable that it may not pass the House.

If Speaker Johnson doesn't hold a vote on it, then we'll need some Republicans to join with Democrats to bypass the Speaker.
