Showtime Open To Buy UFC Broadcast Rights After FOX Deal Expires
Over the course of the UFC bigger and bigger networks started buying the broadcast rights. Right not FOX owns the broadcast rights to the UFC and that's why we can see the televised fights on Fox Sports 1. The FOX deal with expire at the end of 2018 and it looks like Espinoza and Showtime have their eyes set on that date.
This is big news. The UFC's brand is growing fast, and with a company like Showtime interested who knows what other companies will be interested.
