Police Chief Says Uber Likely Not At Fault In Self Driving Car Crash
Comments made by Tempe Police Chief Sylvia Moir has caused some troubles within the community.
“I suspect preliminarily it appears that the Uber would likely not be at fault in this accident,” Moir told the Chronicle, adding, “I won’t rule out the potential to file charges against the [backup driver] in the Uber vehicle.”
Earlier today I posted a story about the self-driving uber that struck 49 year old Elaine Hertzberg.
We have seen many inventions come out in 2017 from self-driving cars, sex dolls with real human features and capabilities, and dozens of AI bots. Many are fascinating ideas, but I have always been somewhat skeptic to not having full control over anything.
So instead of blaming the company for its car malfunctions, charges are being put on the person who was inside the self-driving car. The individual who was supposed to be monitoring the car.

Kecelakaan itu musibah walaupun kita sudah berusaha menghindari
I put more faith in the cars than humans,,, the statistics support my bias.
Such a difficult debate. I don't think we should have fast moving autonomous vehicles in such a public space. Already having problems. People should just become better drivers 😂😑

Automatic self driving cars are not bad but there are some points which should not be missed. 1. Self driving cars will increase unemployment. 2. Nobody knows how safe they are. 3. Everything cannot be given in the hands of machines. 4. Has technology become so advance that we can be assured of our sefty? 5. Will this not increase monopolistic behaviour of powerful companies?
Unrelated but was not sure how else to get in touch with you, what is this all about
They call it "Human Error" for a reason ^^
