Uber Driver in NYC, Tips, Licensing and how to pick up girls safely

Hello, Im Alexander, 28 years old immigrant from Russia. I move to America when I just turned 19yo. I enrolled in Work And Travel J-1 visa program in 2008, at the age of 24 i became US citizen. I ran successful business on Amazon and earned pretty decent capital and invested in car insurance business in South West area in Brooklyn, NY which me and my partner now are running and constantly growing. So uber for me is like a hobby, bills pay passion but not a main source of income for sure. At this point, all the money I earn from driving uber, I invest in buying ethers. I mean ALL.
As the topic stated, I decided to share my experience driving for uber in New York City. There are tons of the information already exist but some of the information is already old, not updated or can be simply confusing.
Here is what I want to share here in my steemit account:
1.how to get license (to drive uber or any other car services, vehicles for hire, green cab, yellow cab , gypsy cab, dollar cab, holla back ...oh wait its JayZ song, you will need to get "TLC License ).
2.tips on where to drive, how to drive, uber's features, I will screen shot my earnings, my rating, what vehicle to get, where to get a good rental vehicles, insurance OMG its too many of details you need to know that comes with experience.

1. how to pick up a girl. Guys, if you do it full time, there are like 10-12 girls in average sits in your car daily(80 per week, 300 monthly) which you have may be at least 10 minutes to chat with. I was even thinking to put a little camera in my car and upload videos but I didnt have a chance to see legal side of doing this. Anyways, talking to girl and going personal can affect your rating, if she has a bad day you can even get your account deactivated so you need to do it careful, I will share all of that too. I collected around 10 good "openers" on how to start conversation which of course I will share and hope get some comments or ideas of new ones :0
