RE: You Aren’t Who You Think You Are, When Twitter Tells You “Blockchain All the Way”
Sigh...
I've had a similar battle with Facebook... I had once clicked on the post promotion service to get the word out about a big blog post, but had put in the incorrect credit card details. Instead of letting me fix it, this constituted a policy violation and can now never use that service again. I've raised a number of tickets, but they're always auto-closed without discussion and I just receive a vague message about a policy violation without informing me about a.) what the policy is b) how I could fix it.
Stupidly I probably would have spent a bit promoting my posts, so I should be happy they saved me and sent me off searching for an alternative.
This isn't just restricted to tech though... Ikea is amazing when it works, and the worst when it doesn't. It legitimately took me 8 weeks and maybe 15 phone calls (where you're on hold for like an hour and a half) to get them to return a mattress that was causing allergies.
I'm sorry this happened to you... super frustrating, there are maybe a trillion blog related Twitter accounts (I've had one for years) so I can only guess that you were targeted because blockchain is bad.
Blockchain is indeed bad and it will be badder even when ever more switch over to the de-centralized life. :)
