This is an interesting service. It is particularly interesting from the standpoint of people with a visual impairment. You might consider automating a post which contains a link to the article as well as the audio recording and having that posted on your site. Perhaps the content could be put onto dtube?
Another thought is that on steemhost.com we could work on having a visually impaired enabled page that could display not only a link to the article but also a second link to open the audio. In Canada we have an organization called the CNIB and I am sure that there will be others in other countries that might be convinced to participate in this. These organizations might be interested in providing their members a steem-based blogging system.
