Here's something interesting about the phenomenon of "truth".
One segment of the worlds population generally believes that because not all ideas are true some are false. As a Christian I take that paradigm into the metaphysical realm and claim only one belief system regarding the existence of the supernatural is true and ALL the others are false.
I call it absolutism.
There is an opposing idea on truth that generally originated in the "east" through Buddhism, Hinduism and other eastern philosophies. They believe reality is an illusion and is only in the mind therefore all human opinions regarding truth are valid and true for THAT person so...relativism. Atheists also flock to this world view.
The clash in the world today is between people and governments that now lean drastically one way or the other.
Relativism or absolutism.
The first invariably spawns collectivsm, like the EU or the WEF. The welfare of the STATE becomes paramount.
Absolutism kindles national sovereignty. The rights of the individual are protected FROM the State. Exceptions are numerous but a good summary of the world situation today, and the stage is America, is that a CLASH between Christians and relativists of many stripes is the next act. And the last. I'm riding into this with Jesus Christ out in front.
Who is powerful enough to strike him down?
