A change in the air for America

Current events hint at the playing out of a scriptural type.

In the scriptural account under a sustained democracy a civilisation thrives. They prosper economically and an elite class emerges. This leads to polarisation and the types of shenanigans that elites often get up to. The elites are then brought before the law. In order to escape the law they attempt to destroy what is termed the "liberty" of the people by trying to remove the elected leader and place an unconstitutional king of their own, not the peoples choosing, in charge. When this fails they resort to assasination of the governor and then the country splits apart and descends into tribalism.

This also maps to the book of Daniel and how the city of Babylon, and consequently the empire falls, in one night, simply with the removal of Belshazzar in 539 BC.

Modern day Babylon, the USA, the greatest empire the word has ever know has prospered, has a devious elite, is rather polarised at the moment and is trying to remove its elected president though a somewhat questionable impeachment process. They are also poking the Iranian bear (Persia of old). If the interpretation method of this type is correct and we do see an assassination of president Donald Trump then the USA we know it is set for a radical change in a very short amount of time.
