@haroldhalibut I though like you first but it's seems problem comes from voting bots abuse and 'pay' for votes scheme that haejin 'alledgelly' use. Don't know much more about the "war".
Except it's disturbing and and flaw/loopholes should be address by Steem Admins
No haejin doesnt pay for votes, he upvotes himself and if everyone did that and only cared for themselves then the reward pool would be empty. We are fighting to show people that destructive behavior is unacceptable
Then the solution would be to just disable self-voting ??? @haejinsucks
Except for smaller users that do not get seen,self voting can be good. Most people do not care about self voting when it isn't abusive i.e. when you upvote for less than a dollar because that has almost no affect on the value of other peoples upvotes/flags; when you upvote yourself at $70 you actually lower the value of other peoples votes in a way that is detectable, this also lowers the rewards on others posts etc.
What we want is haejin to not upvote himself and for ranchoralexo to stop upvoting him. He would still make 100-200 SBD per post which is better than most but it wouldn't be abusive.
I gotcha, starting to lean more towards yalls side on this after doing some reading on how voting works
