Shrine with countless dog objects
Hello steemians!
I am RYO!
I went to my favorite shrine!
This shrine is group of Kyoto's famous shrines(The location of this shrine is not from Kyoto but from near of Tokyo)
This is entrance
The grounds are very natural
At this time Japan was talking about a new era
There are several shrines in the grounds besides the main shrine↓
This is the god of lucky in Japan, the Seven Lucky Gods↓
This is main shrine
This shrine names "Kanmuri inari shrine"
This shrine was built in 1125
This shrine worships many gods and has various origins.
This shrine gods names↓
I also don't know the details…😅
Behind the shrine(This building is closed because this is where God lives)↓
It is the main god tree of this shrine↓
And because there is a dog god in this place, there are many dog objects↓
very unique↓
↓
And there are more objects here!↓
There are so many it is impossible to count!
That's amazing!
I think this was probably put as a sign that "people wish"
There are many objects on the other side of the shelf↓
The fact that the dog god is in the inari-shrine seems to be the influence of Buddhism,
It seems that Israeli Jews who came to Japan made a inari-shrine before Buddhism was introduced
There are also many in the back of the low↓
I thanked at the central shrine😊
And There are many amulets at this shrine↓
It is for writing wishes↓
And there is also a wedding hall in this shrine
The architecture is Western style but there is a kimono(wafuku=和服)
I love wafuku because I draw japanese manga, it's very beautiful😃
I think this shrine is very unique because it is fused with various gods and cultures.
I will visit this shrine again.
Thank you for reading!
Arigatou gozaimashita!

Wow, @ryo-6414 ! An amazing temple with so many dog icons and statues ! And it's been here since 1125! That's a long time ago :O
Love the photos :D
Yeah! It is a very popular shrine in Japan, but this place is one of the representative! I think this is actually more than a record history!
