대만 여행 때 중샤오 푸싱 역 근처에서 머물었는데,
밥 먹으러 소고 백화점에 자주 왔었다.

그때 사람들이 많이 있던 중식 레스토랑,
新葡苑에 들어갔다.

대만의 가족 행사 중 하나인
어머니의 날이라서 레스토랑에는
가족 단위의 손님들이 많았다.
그 덕분에 두 명인 우리는 적은 대기 시간 후에 들어갔다.

메뉴가 사진과 같이 있는 가게라서
한자를 몰라도 큰 어려움 없이 주문했다.

When I traveled Taipei, I was staying a room of Airbnb around Zhongxiaofuxing.
I went to SOGO to eat. One of SOGO was very close to our room.

I entered 新葡苑,
because there was a waiting line.

That day was 'Mother's day', one of the family day.
so they celebrate the day with family.
But we were just TWO. We didn't wait.

This restaurant has a menu with photos,
it was easy to order without reading.

일단 내가 중국 유학 시절에
정말 맛있게 마셨던 수박주스.

여기는 조금 맛이 흐렸지만,
내 기억의 수박주스는 정말 수박을 흡입하는 기분이었다.
그 이후 난 과일을 갈아먹는 것을 선호한다.

This is a watermelon juice.
When I was studying in China, I love it.
Cus, it felt drinking a watermelon,
after then, I prefer to drink juice.

This juice was too juicy, like water.
But it was fine.

새우 과일 튀김
과일 새우튀김인가.
무튼 큼지막한 새우튀김과 파인애플이 소스에 버무려져 나오는데,
너무 맛있다. 정말 맛있었다.
꼭 드셔 보세요.

Fried shrimp and fruit.
This was huge fried shrimps and pineapples with sauce.
It was so good, lovely.
You guys, you have to order this.

버섯처럼 생긴 고기만두!
한 개만 먹어도 꾀 배가 찬다. 알찬 속에 이쁜 만두다.

Meat Dumplings.
Dumpling? Mantou?
Anyway, one bite makes us full.

대망의 마라 새우
롱샤는 아니고 그냥 새우.
입안이 얼얼하면서도 매운데 맛있는 게,
중독성이 넘치는데, 비싸다.

The most important thing, Mara shrimp.
Not longsha, just shrimp.
As you know, mara is spicy, burning and stinging.
And it was so good,
when you eat this, you will want to eat more.

But expensive.

이 가게가 사실 가격대가 조금 있는 편이라서,
특별한 날, 여행 마지막 날을 장식하기 좋은 음식점.

Here is a high-price restaurant, but worth it!
So, the best place for the last day of travel!
