Nicely put together. It's not easy to find your own happiness and peace. Humans are often dwelling too much in the past or future while the here and now is where we should live because for all you know it could be your last day on Earth. My dad and yoga thought me a lot when it comes to living now and enjoying life to the fullest.
I am happy for you my dear, I am learning every day, some days everything feels like flowing, and then other days I am so truck in my old mindset!
