What’s this all about then?
As you may know, I’ve been away from Steemit for a while due to work and training commitments, and then a honeymoon. A lot has happened in that time by the looks of it.
So now we have a thing called – Tribes and Exhaust, Steem engine, Steemspeak, community token tags… so much going on and don’t know where to start.
I tried looking up Tribes – is this the new communities feature promised ages ago? But I couldn’t find anything useful that told me what it was all about.
For things like Exhaust, Steem engine, Steemspeak etc – what are these? Are they just a Steem front end, like Busy? Or is there more going on here?
If someone can give me a simple breakdown of what this is all about, maybe some links to articles that tell me what I should be doing with them, that would be really useful.
I’m still recovering from pneumonia, so my attention span is still pretty short right now. So spending hours trolling through blog posts trying to glean some sort of insight into this is just not going to happen.
I guess it is a good thing that there are so many changes – it means the ecosystem is growing, and that has to be better than it stagnating.
My thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out.
@steempeak is something more than a condenser. From there, you can access tribes sites, that are something like SMT appetizers running on the centralised sidechain system https://Steem-engine.com and scotbot.
Hope you fast recover from your illness.
Have a nice day... and a !BEER 🍻 Token! 😜

Steem-engine is a parallel Steem ecosystem on which you can create, trade and setup tokens, some of them for the so-called tribes which are great in case you are interested in a specific topic...for instance @sportstalk or @steemleo (economy, trading etc...).
Check @aggroed posts, he is one of the creators...
For the moment, enter at Steem-engine and see if you have any token airdropped there, in the Steem-engine wallet...then, start to dig information about
