Eggs Benedict

Started off the day just right with an excellent breakfast my friend cooked up for us. She knows my favorite is eggs benedict and she knows exactly how to make the hollandaise sauce. I've never been able to make it and she won't tell me her secret but that doesn't matter as long as she cooks it up when I visit. We're on the same page.

We're all about the farmers markets so we grabbed some fresh herbs and eggs and bought some english muffins on the way back to her place. You can call it a brunch since there's wine involved. Almost to Los Angeles so things will get a bit more exciting I feel like. Eggs benedict with a side asparagus, on my friend. A wonderful couple of moments.
