SPENDING MY HARD EARNED STEEM DOLLARS

in #trevonjb7 years ago

Today I went shopping with some of my hard earned Steem Dollars which I earned from posting my youtube videos. (Dont worry, spending steem dollars does not hurt the price of Steem) I simply sent my Steem Dollars to Bittrex then sold them for Bitcoin which I then sent to coinbase and swiped with my Shift debit card.

Nothing major, just some much needed clothing.

This Polo Ralph Lauren T-Shirt was $15

Second, I needed a plain white T-Shirt to wear out in public. Something not expensive but not a Hanes T-Shirt that will be worthless after two wash cycles. So I bought this Nautica T-Shirt for about $15 also. Oh! and I needed some new swimming trunks. The ones I wear now are cheap and take forever to dry.

And lastly, the steal of the day! I got these Vans from Pacsun. I got lucky because the Pacsun was trying to empty their store for new inventory. They were on sale for $38 PLUS the extra 50% off for the entire store sale! So the total was about $21 for these crispy things!

It's good to enjoy profits. What matters in life is right now.

Buying some fresh clothes always makes me feel more confident and energetic.

And that just leads to more productivity and profits!

Buying a fresh bag of kush always brings me energy and peace of mind.

My guy still won't accept bitcoin though, what a drag!

That's crazy, I'd take bitcoin payment for just about anything... and I mean ANYTHING ::wink wink:: j/k, or am I?
Anyway, that's the hardest part about crypto if you're not mining or on Steem/BCC, parting ways with something you know will make you rich if you hodl dat shit

Dude ill gladly accept ur bitcoin! (totally legal here where I'm at) but you could easily go to a dark market for that lol

Im only trolling man! You know what happened to the bitcoin pizza guy right?

I'm not gonna spend any bitcoin on something that goes up in smoke!

In fact the only thing ive bought with bitcoin is mining contracts and computer hardware to mine coins... haha

NO LIE!

Also, I like how you listed the prices.

We can see how much this very blog has paid for your gear!

Stylish clothes Trevon. Screw the bear market - keep STEEMing and stacking that intangible coin!

Excellent! UPVOTED. Have you made a training video or "how to" post to explain to imbeciles like me, I mean, minnows.. how to convert Steem (or is it Steem dollars?) to money so I can buy some food and clothes? I'm nekkid & dyin' over here. :D

Great. Thank you!

That's great man, congrats! I always love seeing how people spend their hard earned crypto. I'm hoping to save up for a new laptop.
