WHAT MY COUNTRY HAS COME TO??

I haven't had a post in a quite a while but things was happening...

Currently here in South Africa, specifically Cape Town, we are facing something big.

We on water restrictions.

HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SOMETHING AS CRAZY AS THIS??

I am so confused...really I am.

We already on Level 6.

We were told day zero is knocking on our doors but still the taps aren't being fixed in rural settlements.

The city council gave us a big shock that our Day Zero is in July 2018 and then it changed to August 2018.

We have been warned since 2011 in an Agriculture magazine but we still looked the other way, WHY?

Is it because we dont want to believe it or are we just too arrogant, thinking that it would never happen to us?

My country has going through a lot...New President..Mr Cyril Ramaphosa....good riddens Jacob Zuma is gone.
We don't have water, our department of water affairs is bankrupt, the Gupta's are on a run, we facing listeriosis disease, in short, Listeriosis is food poisoning caused by eating foods contaminated with the Listeria monocytogenes.

Viennas and polonies of well known brands has been taken of our supermarket shelves.

My question is how did this all happen??
