Climate is right for the palms down here, little to do except remove old falling fronds @lizelle
We have three variants in the garden and one just outside on a bank giving them easy access to the bird feeder, weavers build nests into it as well.
We are fortunate that they are so suited to our climate, the weavers have been very busy the last couple of weeks!
An Eastern Cape friend once remarked when she came to Durban that we're so lucky as anything grows here, she said she's sure even a broomstick would grow if you were to push it into the ground ;);)
