What is Travel Photography? It is that type of the Eight Art where we capture culture, people, landscapes, objects, cityscapes, customs, traditions, events, history, etc. and we express our feeling of the time and the place we visited. We all love it, right? ;)
Rules:
- Comment under this post with one travel photo:
- Only one entry per participant
- You have exactly 24 hours to participate
- Use ONLY your own original work, photos will be checked and plagiarism will be flagged and reported
- No NSFW images
- Adding your personal touch, a short story, the location, EXIF data, etc. is not obligatory but will definitely make your entry much more appealing and increase your chances of success ;)
- If your comment contains more than one image I will consider only the first one. You may create a separate post with your photo if you wish, of course!
- No Upvote, No Resteem, No Follow required. Of course, all the help and support you give is greatly appreciated and absolutely voluntary.
As you probably know, I am a professional photographer, so please show me your good stuff, I will be looking for things like story-telling, creativity, composition, quality, etc. May the best win!

Last Sunday I spent it in Arsiè in the province of Belluno - Italy
There is a beautiful lake: the Corlo Lake which can also be navigated by rented pedal boats.
This image is the result of the union of 5 shots taken from above a pedestrian bridge that passes over the lake.
Tomorrow I will publish a post about my trip to Lake Corlo.
This contest is a nice idea :)

During my travels i am always amazed!
Many years ago I went to Chengdu in China to see the panda. During one of the days, I went to a local village which had been revamped and done up as a tourist village. Luckily I got there in the morning when there was hardly anyone around. I wonder if there will still be many tourist free places in China now.

I took this photo at the Port Louis horse racing track when we happened to visit the tack-shop and unexpectedly happened on the horses being exercised in between racing practice. It was so super-cool and I was lucky to have my antiquated canon 1000d camera with a tameron lens.
Capturing the right moment has always been more important than having the best camera 😉👍📷

Thank you. My daughter is an avid horserider so she was ecstatic. Lens was too powerful for the distance but there was no time to change anything 🤔😅

Hi! Here is my entry for today:
Once I drove along the highway and drove past a large factory. It was evening and the sun was hiding in puffs of smoke and steam, which released pipes of this plant into the sky. The picture looked so epic that I could not help but stop the car and go with the camera to photograph it. It seems to me that the result is worth it.
