How to leave to live in Bulgaria legally

On the one hand it is easy - that is, on my part it is easy, because I have been here for a long time, and I know everything about everything, but on the other hand, I don’t really, because I must move and pay. And for many it is already overkill.

However, knowledgeable people say that leaving for Pemaje to Bulgaria is easier than than to other more developed countries.

I do not know, I only moved here, and then it seemed to me that it was incredibly hard and difficult.

However, "he that comes shall see." For purposeful or just curious people I write who can move to Bulgaria forever, or at least for a long time. If you need it, of course, 😊

In order to get the right to reside in Bulgaria for more than three months and continuously extend this right, you need to obtain a residence permit (conditionally residence permit), which official authorities call "long stay."

The following persons are eligible for a residence permit:

1. Persons who have entered into contracts of employment relations with local organizations.
2.     Persons engaged in commercial activities in the territory of BG.
3.     Full-time students of Bulgarian universities.
4.     Foreign experts. (Expats).
5.     Spouses of Bulgarian citizens or foreigners with the status of permanent residence.
6.     Representatives of foreign commercial organizations.
7.     Secured parents of foreigners with the status of permanent residence (permanent residence).
8.     Secured patients who arrived for long-term treatment.
9.     Correspondents of foreign media.
10.     Family members of a foreigner who has a residence permit.
11.     Parents of a foreigner with the status of permanent residence or his minor children.
12.     Persons engaged in free practice.
13.     Persons engaged in non-economic activities.
14.     Persons with the status of being under special protection under art. 25 of the Law on the fight against human traffic. (I think it's about refugees)
15.     Family members of a Bulgarian citizen. (I think, speech about the Bulgarian roots).

Important

To obtain a residence permit, these persons must be provided with housing (it is possible to hire a contract), compulsory health insurance and sufficient funds for living without needing to apply to the social assistance system, at least the minimum monthly wage, the minimum stipend or the minimum pension, according to legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria for the period of stay. Upon initial filing of an application for a residence permit, a person over the age of 18, with the exception of stateless persons, shall also provide evidence of no criminal record issued by the state whose citizen he is, or his usual state of residence.

That is, before you start all these movements, you need to come to Bulgaria, find a place to live here: buy it or issue a notarial contract of employment, open an account in a Bulgarian bank and, depending on the type of stay, make some other movements, and then, with a bundle of collected papers, go back to the Homeland and there apply for a D visa to the Bulgarian Embassy.

Need, it is a visa D and no other. Having received this visa, you will arrive in Bulgaria and after a while you will go on renewing it, at the same time having finalized your status (by obtaining a residence permit) and receiving a personal card, which will be your document here.
