#1 Lamington Nationalpark Part 2 - Gwongoorool Walking Track

First of all, let's follow @betterthanhome for a walk in Australia. The 6km walk is at Gwongoorool and was recommended to him by a kind lady at the information centre. She also suggested him to turn round and look up as he walks. That's because there are some amazing tall cliffs with some 23m year old carbonised trees captured inside rocks. The walk ultimately leads to the Coomera River which has a rock pool. There were only a few other people there when he arrived. Great for cooling himself down in the cold clear water before he continues with the latter part of the walk.

#2 ???????? Kentucky State Capital Collected | 6 Pictures

@mdf-365 went to visit Kentucky's capital in USA. The State Capital is located at Frankfort and is a stunning building with a blooming autumn garden in the front. There's a massive rotunda dome inside which apparently changes colour during the day. While he was there, the guard told him that the Kentucky State Capital is the only place in America to see a statue of Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis together. Not being an American, I don't realise the significance of this, but I'm sure it means something.

#3 Krakow Train Graveyard [Part II - More Photos]

Steemfest has finished a month already but we're still seeing some great posts from those who went to Poland. Our featured post today is from @goodwithtravels, he went to visit a train graveyard with two other Steemians. In his own words, the interesting thing about the visit was that "despite having been on trains literally hundreds of times in my life, I still managed to discover a new sense of perspective and appreciation for their complexity." That's very true because the modern trains nowadays looks so simple on the surface, whereas the old mechnical and steam trains have so many moving parts for us to admire.

only place in America to see a statue of Abraham Lincoln and Jefferson Davis together.

They were the presidents in charge of the opposing sides during the American Civil War. Both were born in Kentucky, although both moved elsewhere before they became famous.
