The church of Saint Wenceslaus, the oldest existing building in Prague' district Prosek (U Proseckého Kostela str.), was built at the turn of 11-12th centuries. This oldest core of the church (three-nave Romanesque basilica) was heavily damaged during Hussite wars. The church was in the last quarter of the 15th century, repaired in Gothic style. But in 1648 was again damaged by Swedish army. Baroque clocktower was built in 1712 and the last big changes were made around 1770, when original rectangular Romanesque internave pillars were masoned into oval ones.
