Hi @xpilar, I hope you enjoying your trip and nature, the view from the window of your hotel is gorgeous, lovely pier and you captured nice sunshine in last post. This photo made me to think about. First of all the trees on the roof, but what happened to the roots. Are they growing through the roof?

Have a nice holiday and would be nice to see more of country side of Norway :) Greetings to your better half and we wish you nice time :)

There are grass roofs on some houses in Norway, but they do not allow trees to grow so large
