Do you know of any apps that are available on blockchain than can offer service providers (OTAs) like us with no listing fees or commission?

Our business model would be to generate revenue from "smart" advertising using blockchain. The platform would just be a "call product" to sell on the advertising. What do you think about such a concept or does it already exist?
