@knozaki2015 - I usually do not like ham much but I do remember having tried the jamon iberico in my trip to spain. It was a slightly different, slightly salty and rich taste. Noticing that it was a good ham, I inquired about it and was told that it was available only in Spain (this was back in 2004-2005). I found out that there were 2-3 different varieties and interestingly named 'Black label', 'Red label' and 'White label'. I remember it because it sounds like Johny Walker Black label etc. Unfortunately, I have never had to travel to Spain again and hence no jamon iberico. Have you been able to find the ham anywhere else other than Spain?
