"Always bet on BLACK" Wesley Snipes. Swakopmund - African Adventure

Let me share with you my tale of betting it all on BLACK at the Swakopmund Casino.

After our big day of quad bike riding in the sand dunes we were still staying at the Desert Explorers camp. The following morning I was having breakfast and noticed a Wall of Fame at the reception.

On this wall featured celebrities that have visited the Desert Explorers Camp with the likes of Brad Pit and Angela Jolie plus more, but smack bang in the middle of the Wall of Fame was none other than the legend WESLEY SNIPES!!

Now I don't know if this was the actual attire he wore to visit this place haha but none the less they told me that he has a holiday home here in Swakopmund.

Right out side of the camp was a big billboard sign advertising the Swakopmund Casino.

It was a sign to do just as Wesley would do and bet it all on BLACK!! Just like in the movie "Passenger 57"

I quickly googled how to get to the casino from where we were. Thought the best idea to spend this day was to bar hop our way to the casino and try my luck with the spirit of Wesley looking out for me.

On our way between bars we had a quick stroll along the beach.

Mind you we did get a bit lost along the way but we finally made it to our destination THE MERMAID CASINO.

I felt lucky so I exchanged $50 Australian and got a HUGE stack of chips to play on the roulette table.

Now at first the idea was betting it all on BLACK but at the last second I got cold feet and changed my mind and only bet half my stack. Luckily that was the right decision as the ball landed on RED. The second bet I went all in on BLACK. Boom winner is BLACK. So now I am back where I started, I thought to myself let it ride!!

Three more times BLACK came up! So it was now time to hit the bar and appreciate the teachings of Wesley.

We stayed for a couple more games of roulette and some more drinks then eventually left the casino with just under the same amount of money as I entered. That's a win for me haha.
