Traveling the World #56 (Europe Series) Oktoberfest Beer Festival - Munich @ Germany 🇩🇪 (1) - 向世界出發 #56 (歐洲系列) - 全球最大的啤酒節 - 慕尼黑啤酒節 @ 慕尼黑, 德國 🇩🇪 (1）

I received a message last night from a friend in Europe with a picture with a group of us at the Oktoberfest. She reminded me that the Oktoberfest started already in Munich and that we should consider going there again when our kids are older. So instead of continuing my travel blog in Harbin, I decided that today I'll be taking you to Germany to see how they celebrate Oktoberfest. The Oktoberst is held annually at Munich in Germany and is the worlds largest Volksfest (beer & carnival). It is normally held for 16-18 days from mid September to early October. This year, the festival have already started on 16th of September.

昨晚我收到一個在歐洲的朋友寄來的短訊和一張相片。這張照片就是我們在慕尼黑啤酒節時拍的。他提醒我今年的啤酒節在德國慕尼黑已經開始舉行而我們應該計劃等小孩大一點再去這個啤酒節．今天本來想跟你們分享哈爾濱其他景點但我想先介紹在德國怎樣慶祝啤酒節. 慕尼黑啤酒節是每年都在德國慕尼黑舉行而且是一個大型的嘉年華會。慕尼黑啤酒節每年九月中至10月頭舉行．今年就是9月16號舉行這個活動．

Many people around the world will travel to Munich to experience this celebration as well as experience the massive carnival held on site. There are amusement rides, food stalls, games and animals for visitors to see. The highlight are the beer tents where you need to book a table ahead of time so you and your friends can have a meal, drink beer, sing and dance with the locals.

每年有很多遊客從世界各地到莫尼克參加這個盛大的啤酒節．除了啤酒節飲啤酒這裏還有很多機動遊戲，食物攤檔，小動物等等．但最受歡迎就是這裏的啤酒帳篷。 如果想參加啤酒節裏的帳篷你要預先在網上訂枱才可以跟大家一齊吃東西，喝啤酒，唱歌和跳舞．

Below are the major tents set up on the grounds. The big tents are where all the action happens so you would try to get into the big tents if you decide to attend the Oktoberfest. One of our friend works for a company where they have an office in Germany and they were able to organise a table for us at one of the big tents. Normally to book a table, you will need at least 8-10 people and the booking needs to be done ahead of time. We only had 5 people at the time which was also fine as long as we spend the minimum amount at the table. I'm not a beer fanatic but they all served local beers and some tents are named after the beer names.

以下就是今年主要的啤酒帳篷．大的帳篷是最受歡迎的所以如果計劃要去參觀這個節日就要預先早一點定位置。 如果要訂的話，你們要至少八至十個人才可以預先訂．很幸運地我們的朋友上班的公司在德國有分店所以他們的公司幫我們安排了位置。我們當天只有五個人其實還可以的，只要當天的費用湊夠八個人最低消費亦可以．我不研究啤酒的但每個帳篷只會買當地德國出產的牌子而帳篷的名字是按照啤酒的名字來改的。

My friends all dressed up in their German outfits which looked really good. As our seating was for the afternoon onwards, we all met up prior to have some lunch before heading over to the festival. The whole of Munich was in festivity mode so Daddy E and I were super excited already.

我們一早就跟當地的朋友在附近會合。他們穿了當地德國傳統的服裝所以非常搶眼，很漂亮．因為我們預訂的時間是中午時分所以我們先吃一點午餐才到場地看看．整個莫尼克都很熱鬧而我同爸爸 E 非常期待今晚的啤酒節

When we got to the grounds, the first impression it gave me was it was like our Easter Show back in Sydney. Huge rides, plenty of games for the young and old, animals to pat and plenty of local food stands which I will write about another day. We walked around a bit before heading to our beer tent - Paulaner. Prior to the Oktoberfest, the only other Germany beer I know of was Lowenbrau as we have them in Sydney. Our tent was green and there were already live music playing and people started drink and dancing! This was only like 4pm in the afternoon!

到了場地之後，第一個感覺就是和我們悉尼的農展會一模一樣．有很多大型的機動遊戲，有小朋友或大人都可以玩的遊戲，動物攤檔和很多當地食品吃等等．我們走了一個圈就開始找我們的啤酒帳房．來莫尼克之前我只是認識 Lowenbrau 這個德國啤酒因為悉尼有分店。找到帳篷之後，原來我們的帳篷是綠色的而且已經有樂隊表演和當地人已經開始喝啤酒和跳舞．現在只是下午四點！

We were lead to our table ordered some drinks. I asked for a weaker beer and it wasn't too bad actually. It tasted more like juice to me haha. The beer all came in a big stein which is approx 1 litre. We also ordered some snacks like pretzels, some dips and cold cuts. Let the drinking and eating begin!!

我們被帶到已經訂好的桌子而開始訂飲料．我叫了一杯低酒精的啤酒但來了之後我覺得有點想果汁一樣哈哈．每杯啤酒都放在一個很大的杯裏面而這個杯大概有一公升左右．我們也叫了一點小食 - 椒鹽捲餅, 冷盤，沙拉等等。我們開始開動啦！
