My friends at Tour Barcelona published a video of their amazing paella cooking experience in Barcelona, Spain.

Paella is a traditional Spanish dish that originated in Valencia. It consists of rice cooked in a (usually massive) pan with spices (which are not limited to, but always include saffron). Depending on where you are in Spain, paella will feature local meats, so here in the port city of Barcelona paella is usually cooked with fresh seafood.
