absolutely @thewineman, if you did't tried yet the wines coming from Etna, you should, maybe it's hard to find them US but if you have the occasion taste them! Our soil is mainly composed by recent erosion of lava stones, so we can say it's a wine coming directly from the center of the planet ;) I added the new tag on this post. Hey, thank you for adding it!!! You are very kind, your support is greatly appreciated! We do get some Sicilian wines here in the US. I'm a a huge fan of Tenuta delle Terre Nere - Etna Rosso, I just bought some of the '15, what a great bottle!! Also, I enjoy the Cos wines, mainly Nero d'Avola. It is one of my favorite grapes!
