A wonderful farmhouse in S. Piero Patti (Messina, Sicily)

Yesterday it was a cloudy Sunday here in Sicily but we were quit bored to stay at home so we decided to go for a ride.

I really don't know where I heard for the first time about this farmhouse, but it has an interesting name "il daino" in Italian it means "the fallow deer"... well we decided to don't get any informations on the web as everybody nowadays generally do so I thought that it was a just a fantasy name, well... I was wrong.

This is a specimen of white (or albino) fallow deer, and it's just one of the surprises we discovered in this farmhouse...

This amazing peacock was walking undisturbed around the property, elegant and simply beautiful.

In this place you can taste the simple but delicious local kitchen for less than 25€ and if you want you can also sleep there for a really cheap price.
The place as you can see in the following shots is amazing, it's surrounded by green and the panorama you can admire from the top is incredibly suggestive.
Everywhere there are animals, such as little goats, donkeys, ponies horses, peacocks, it's an ideal place for kids that you can bet they will be astonished by all these animals.
