Abandoned Spooky old Signalman's House in the the Black Forest of Germany 😱
Hi folks,
welcome to a special adventure log from my last visit of an abandoned spooky old signalman's house.
The old signalman's house is located directly above a 287m long closed tunnel. Back in the days it was a bright place and looked like shown in this lithograph:
The tunnel was built in 1820s
and closed due to electrification
and extension of the railway line after 1916.
As you can see in the next image at the left side the rails in the old tunnel where removed
and now a days a warehouse and a company facility are located directly at both entries of the abandoned tunnels.
Today the place looks like this.

The abandoned signalman's house unfortunately could not be entered.
Around the corner you can follow the path to the old closed tunnel.
There is a stairway down to the entrance of the closed tunnel.
Which could be the destination for yet another much more spooky trip. What do you think? We will see if I will dare :-) Here are some more pics of the area. Being there alone was a little creepy....
two three really dilapidated cottages stand on the grounds
and an old rusty pump well is also nearby in the forest

It is near Maulbronn between Stuttgart and Karlsruhe.
By the way, Maulbronn is very famous and good for a visit due to its Monastery which belongs to the UNESCO world heritage (http://www.kloster-maulbronn.de/en/home/).
My intention is to deliver high quality footage and therefore I carefully select all photos to portray the beautiful visited places and tell the story as I would like to keep in my memory.
All spooky photos are selfshot with an Samsung NX1 camera with kit lense (16-50mm). the copyright is with me!
