4K Drone Footage of Awesome Waterfall in Switzerland and How to Find It Guide - My No 1. Highlight in Canton Tessin
Hi folks,
with this post I will show you the exact way to my No 1. highlight in the Canton Tessin in Switzerland, where I shot a lot of photos and this short high resolution drone movie:
Now you are hopefully motivated and want to go there, come on I show you the way :-) It is in Valle Verzasca in the Locarno district of the Canton of Ticino about 15 km south from the well known Lago Maggiore in Switzerland.
On the following map you can see the small town Sonogno (red arrow) at the end of the beautiful valley called Valle Verzasca. The parking lot is shown right, the way is marked dashed and leads you through the beautiful little town
with all the really nice little stone build house

and nice little streets.
Walking out of the small town, as marked in the card by the red dashed line,
the nature is so beautiful and you can very soon see the waterfall.
It is very clean here and the air is so fresh.
The nice little stone houses everywhere.
And very close to our favorite waterfall you could also rent some of this houses as holiday home.
it is only about a 20 minutes walk
to our favorite place.
You have to cross the river
over a small bridge
and follow the path
with an amazing view
a little uphill
over two other old and small wooden bridges
not far any more
and here it finally is
The water is very clean but unfortunately also very cold. So If you would like to swim it should definitely be a hot day.

This year in September we stayed outside :-)

that we enjoyed so much, this year for the third time :-)
I highly recommend to go there and enjoy this beautiful valley,

and recharge energy, here in this beautiful nature.
Hopefully it will stay so for a long time.
The chances are quite good for that, because in Switzerland the people care very much about pollution and environment and the population density is also not so high.
That is really great in my opinion.

Hope you enjoyed this small post. I strongly recommend to visit Switzerland and especially Valle Verzasca, you will definitely not regret it, it is so beautiful there. One of my favorite countries so far.

totally undervalued content, this took a lot of time and effort, good job man! Maybe next time, put a little more effort into editing the drone video, color grading it and making it more exciting, I am not watching 7min of non-cinematic footage, 2 min of really great shots would be totally enough for me. Same for the pictures, for my taste, fewer, well edited pictures would please more to me. Just my two cents, upvoted and followed!
