Let’s explore another part of the U.K. and we will be arriving at Plymouth. Plymouth is located at the south-west part of the U.K and quite near to the coast. There are some amazing natural scenery in this unique city.

The Durdle Door

This is a natural limestone arch on the Jurassic Coast. “Durdle” comes from the word “thirl” from the Anglo Saxon, which means a pierced hole just like the shape of the rock. The special arch is formed by the erosion of rock by the waves.

St Nectans Glen Waterfall

There are altogether three waterfalls in St Nectans Glen and you can have a refreshing walk through the hiking trail. But mind your shoes! The hiking trail is super muddy and slippery. I did not manage to take some good photos on the waterfalls but did realize the beauty of other small “creatures”.
