Today I am going to share some images of just a few of the historical places found in Pakistan. It is a country which came into being in 1947 only but being part of Indian sub-continent, this region of Pakistan has seen the making of the world. Indus civilisation; which is one of the oldest civilisations in the world started from here. Mughal emperors have left their legacies in this region. many religious heritages are found here.

Below I will share some images of only few historical places randomly, hoping that you will have a glimpse of the glorious historical heritage of Pakistan.

1. HIRAN MINAR

To start off, here is an image of HIRAN MINAR. The rough translation is "An antelope Complex." It was built in the memory of the death of Emperor Jahangir's pet antelope, that was killed mistakenly during the hunting session.

These were the hunting grounds for the Mughal emperors during the 17th century.
