Wow that is a gorgeous lake! I got to see Australia's largest salt water lake, Lake Eyre but it was dry when we were there and it looked incredible even dry. I cannot imagine having to ride with a broken arm. But that's part of the "adventure" of travel, right? You live to tell the tale. Upped and following.
@sassysandyg - Yes exactly, such things make u more capable of taking on the challenges. I have had the experience of lifetime, that matters more. The beauty of nature overtakes all kinds of other pain.
