Tom Yam is characterized by its distinctive sour and pungent flavor, with aromatic plants, such as lemongrass, bergamot leaves, galangal root, generously used in broth.Koung means shrimp but you can also make Tom Yam with chicken (kai) or tofu (tahou)..

I love thai food. It never disappoints me. I have had the opportunity to try Tom Yam and I absolutely loved it.
