Poça Dona Beija Azores - Portugal (Version English)
The Poça Dona Beija is a must stop for anyone visiting the island of São Miguel (Azores) - Portugal. In the municipality of Povoação, in the town of Furnas, lies the charming Poona Dona Beija.
This place is also known as the "Poço do Paraiso" and is part of a group of hot and hot springs, where the temperatures around 39ºC , are associated with secondary volcanism phenomena in the Caldeira do Vulcão das Furnas.
The Poça Dona Beija is a gift made by the nature of the Azores. Its natural characteristics give us the well-being, a quiet and immaculate environment. In this place you will find swimming pools that result from the enormous volcanic activity of the region.
There are several pools that are:
- Serena: Low depth, has two cascades for thermal massage and a stone structure that works as a bench.
- Mystique: has a hot water curtain that provides a sauna effect.
- Conviviality: It has panoramic views over the river and with two different depths.
- Meditation: tank with greater depth.
Tip: After getting out of the bath, wash your bathing suit as the water is iron and the clothes can get a little orange.
The railway waters of the swimming pools are known for their therapeutic indications, as it includes thermal pools with average temperatures between 35ºC and 40ºC.
The thermalism is indicated especially in the treatment of rheumatic and metabolic diseases, respiratory, digestive problems, urinary and skin problems.
There is a natural spring of hot water that lies within a cave. In the cave there are 3 pools with different temperatures.
What is the best time for hot baths?
To know this beauty any time of the year is ideal. However the best time to go to the hot baths is on chilly days or at night, but when it rains, it's still better.
So seksi the pic bro.
Thanks!

I was there three weeks ago, it's marvelous!
Unfortunately the day I went there with my girlfriend, a 15 years old kid went missing for 2 hours and the place was filled with police and worry. The Kid went up the river walking all by himself, the cop found him up stream all brown filled with clay.
